Overseas Territories Aviation Circulars

Overseas Territories Aviation Circulars (OTACs) are issued to provide advice, guidance and information on standards, practices and procedures necessary to support the Overseas Territories Aviation Requirements (OTARs). They are not in themselves law but may amplify a provision of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order or provide practical guidance on meeting a requirement contained in the Overseas Territories Aviation Requirements. They also provide a means of communicating with the aviation industry on regulatory matters more generally.

General OTACs

These OTACs provide a means of communicating with the aviation industry on more general regulatory matters.

OTACs for Air Traffic Services

These OTACs provide additional information and guidance on how to meet the requirements of the Air Traffic Services OTAR Parts.

OTACs for Airworthiness

These OTACs provide additional information and guidance on how to meet the requirements of the Airworthiness OTAR Parts.

OTACs for Flight Operations

These OTACs provide additional information and guidance on how to meet the requirements of the Flight Operations OTAR Parts.

OTACs for Aerodromes

These OTACs provide additional information and guidance on how to meet the requirements of the Aerodrome OTAR Parts.

OTACs for Licensing and Medical

These OTACs provide additional information and guidance on how to meet the requirements of the Licensing and Medical OTAR Parts.
