Noise Certificate

In order to comply with ICAO Annex 16, Environmental Standards, the Authority is required to issue a Noise Certificate that states that the noise levels generated by the aircraft engines meets the "Stage Three" standard stipulated in the Annex.

This information is normally contained in the Aircraft Flight Manual in the Limitations or Performance section.

NOTE: It is the policy of the Authority not to accept an aircraft on the Register unless it is at least Stage III compliant.
