Minimum Equipment List

The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order in conjunction with guidance material contained in OTAR 125, states that an Operator may not dispatch with unserviceable equipment affecting the airworthiness of the aircraft unless it is dispatched in accordance with a Minimum Equipment List approved by the Authority. All Operators are urged to become familiar with this requirement.
