9..Due Diligence

As per 5 above

(i) The cost of the investigation related to 5 above and any investigation related to Due Diligence shall be invoiced at the hourly rate.
(ii) In a case where a deposit was required, the costs of such investigation shall be debited against the deposit.
(iii) If the DGCA determines that an aircraft may not be accepted on the Register, then the applicant shall be liable for all costs incurred during the course of the investigation.

10. Validation of Flight Crew Licenses

An application for an LVC granted on the basis of one or more ICAO recognized licenses may be granted, provided the license application meets the validation requirements and the applicant is invoiced for each LVC

11. Acceptance of Maintenance Arrangements

(i) In a case where an owner/operator operates more than one aircraft of a similar type, a single charge as per 16(a) shall only be invoiced to the owner.

In a case where an aircraft will be de-registering from the Cayman islands registry and moving to another jurisdiction, a Certificate of Airworthiness for Export may be necessary in order for the aircraft to be accepted on the new registry
