The Civil Aviation Authority is responsible for providing Rescue and Fire Fighting Service safety oversight. An approval from the CAA is required for the RFFS exposition and operating manual and any changes made to each document.
The CAA use the ARFFS inspection checklist as part of the safety oversight program.
