Current Opportunity


The Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands is seeking to employ independent Airworthiness Surveyors to work in the Europe.  Initial appointments will be on a part-time basis with the possibility of leading to a full time contract offer.   The successful applicant should possess regulatory oversight experience and the ability to function independently to internationally mandated standards.  This post will report to the Director Air Safety Regulation (DASR) based in the Cayman Islands. The functions of the post are to regulate and monitor the airworthiness of civil aircraft registered on the Cayman Islands Aircraft Registry principally located in the European region or worldwide as assigned to ensure compliance with the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order.

The successful applicant must be prepared to work flexible hours and be willing and able to travel on short notice as required.
