What organisation is eligible for the grant of an OTAR 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation?

Aircraft Maintenance Organisations suitably approved by; EASA, TCCA, or US FAA. Additionally, the CAACI under provision OTAR Part 145 can investigate for approval an Aircraft Maintenance Organisation that is not approved by an NAA listed above.
