*Convenience Fee: Civil Aviation Authority is offering the payment options of credit and debit cards as a convenience for our users. These options allow our users the ease of payment online 24/7, 365 days a year.

Merchants who offer credit card payment options must pay a “service fee” to credit card companies (i.e. Visa and MasterCard). This fee is a
percentage of each transaction. Merchants recover the “service fee” and other processing fees by including them into the price of goods as a cost of doing business.

Civil Aviation Authority does not incorporate the “service fee” and other costs associated with providing this option into the cost of your invoice. Instead, the cost of the convenience of the online payment option is charged as a separate “Convenience Fee”.

We provide online payment options to make payment of CAACI invoices convenient. Upon receipt of payment, you will be presented with a payment receipt, please print a copy for your records.
