- Amended Mortgage Deed
- Legal documents to support the application (name change, address etc)
- Payment of CI$250 fee
- Mortgage Discharge Application completed, duly executed by mortgagor and mortgagee, mortgagee’s signature notarised
- Deed of Release signed by Mortgagee
- Authorised signatory list of the Mortgagee supporting the mortgagee’s signature
- Payment of CI$250 fee
- Letter to the Director-General of the CAACI from Mortgagee requesting removal
- Authorised signatory list of the mortgagee
- Payment of CI$250 fee
